हमारे-शिक्षक (Hamare Shikshak) is a mobile application developed exclusively for the School Education Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh to facilitate location-based and face-recognition-based attendance for Employees/Manpower deployed in government schools/offices.

1. Information We Collect

• Face Image: Used solely for real-time face recognition to ensure the authenticity of attendance.
• Location (GPS): Captured during attendance to verify that employee/manpower are physically present at their assigned school/office locations.
• Device Information: May include device ID and network type for audit and security purposes.

2. How We Use This Information

All information is collected only for the following purposes:

• To verify employees/manpower attendance at the correct school/office location.
• To ensure authenticity using face recognition.
• To maintain digital attendance records for administrative reporting.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is securely transmitted and stored in encrypted form on government-approved servers. No data is shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.

4. Permissions

The app requires the following permissions:

• Camera - to capture a live image for face authentication.
• Location - to capture GPS coordinates at the time of attendance.
• Internet - to sync attendance with the central server.

5. User Rights

Users may contact their district IT cell or the State MIS team to request corrections or raise privacy concerns.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
